By commissioning, me you agree to the following

• You must be 18 or over to commission me or have a legal guardian to commission for you.• My work is for personal use only. This means I do not allow my artwork to be used for commercial purposes or any kind of profit usage. This also means using it for videos, streams and other profitable things. It’s only commercial if agreed on as the order was made.• I maintain the right to the finished work. I am allowed to post my artwork on social media, adding it to my portfolio, using it for videos and products, unless otherwise is asked off by the client as the order was made.• No editing. You are not allowed to edit my art, use trace it or claim it as your own on social media. The art should always be credited to Pusagi. Putting on filters is allowed etc for personal use such as an icon, but editing it is not allowed.• Watermark. You will receive the artwork without a watermark, but you will be sent one with a watermark as well. Only publicly post the work with the watermark, to prevent theft, and lack of credit.

Payment and order

• Will not always accept. If the commission you want me to draw does not fit my taste, my level or I feel like I won’t make it justice, I have the right to decline. If you as a person makes me uncomfortable in any form of way, I will decline even if I have commission slots open.• Full payment will be sent beforehand or at sketch approval. All off the payments will
be processed through PayPal invoices or Vipps ONLY. If paypal you will be charged 1-5 USD for the paypal fee as well• Down payment is available for commissions over 150 USD• Time for completion. It depends on the type of commission on how long it will take for it to be finished. Can range from 1-14 days to 1-2 months. I will not work on commissions if I am sick or something comes up, you will get a notice if it takes a few days or weeks longer. Rushing a commission can be agreed upon at when the order is being made, with an additional fee.• Refunds. My commissions are not always 100% refundable if it is started on. For early sketch there will be full refund, but **I will not pay extra for the PayPal fee. 75% Refund, complete sketch, 25% refund for lineart. Can not ask for a refund after these phases, and I will not send a HD file of the product. Be aware. Before you refund you should contact me anytime regarding your commission, and I will gladly talk to you about your issues and see if they can be solved.

Commission prices

These are the most common commissions I get asked for or that are wanted. You can ask for other options, and we can talk it out and see if its possible.

• What I love to draw: I love to draw cute human and kemonomimi characters. Artwork centered around characters, and artistical drawing/ abstract drawings. Cute, emo and goth fashion. NSFW art and cute lingerie!• What I am ok at: but can still do: I am not the best at backgrounds, but I will draw simple backgrounds and furniture for an extra fee, cars and vehicles, super long hair and beards on non-masculine looking characters• What I won’t draw: Political artwork and hate speech. NSFW art of real-life people or real-life ships. Furries and realism, and some mecha.• I will decline your commission if you order something I don’t want to do• ** Yes I do sketches, colored sketches and lineart as well. Ask, it will not add more fees, since it would be less value! **

Commercial use

The price for commercial use depends on the type of profit you will be making from it. The commercial usage must be agreed upon at the start of commission, before payment/sketch. If this is not clarified, you will not get commercial use unless other is stated. You can come back later and ask for commercial use, but only for merchandise.Ask if you are confused about which type of commercial commission you are ordering.For merchandise design it is +150% of original price. This is a onetime fee, and it includes making keychains, shirts and other products you plan on selling. Including posters
Other commercial use might be for twitch, virtual youtuber drawings you plan on using for profit, album covers, and book covers, promotional artwork and game illustrations. These are +100% of the original price. One-time charge

Illustrations

These commissions are on a canvas that is around 3000-4000 pixels, length depends on the piece, but this is default square I will work on. Add and remove length as you like

Character sheet

Color palette and intro + layout of the sheet is already included in the price. You will get two files, a transparent file of the artwork only, and one of the sheets. The character will be shaded less to focus more on the design

VTUBER/ Live2D models

These commissions are around 3000-4000 pixels, other options can be discussed.
These prices may vary a lot depending on the character, use of model and if designing is not made yet. There is an extra fee if you want a design on top of a live2D cut.
Commercial use comes with these prices, but you cannot use the artwork still without credit, and for any hateful manner. I do not do the rigging and you will need to find your own rigger, but you can ask me for recommendations.
You will receive a .Zip file (A folder you can share, needs to be unzipped) containing a .PNG of your model (flat image) and an Icon shot of your model .PNG, and a .PSD file (Used by live2D artist)

Stickers: Blush, tears and such small face toggles.Small toggles: Glasses, accessories, alt eye colors, animal parts (tail, paws and ears) alt expressions.Big toggle: pet or mascot, plushy, alt outfits, alt hairstyle, big accessories (cape, jacket, sweater, weapon) alt leg/arm pose(Can be added in a later commission)(Base animal ears come with normal price, any other animal part such as wings, tails, alt ears and horns will be toggle, if not specified they will not be parted for animation, just decor. Since these take a lot of time to do)
